Pursuant to the provisions of the Interest Act, Due Diligence Questions is entitled to charge a fee for the transfer of remittances and for surrender to debt collection. The fee is in accordance with current international legislation. In case of late payment, Due Diligence Questions is also entitled to charge interest from the expiry of the payment period until payment is made and, furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of the Interest Act.
Delivery
All e-books and audiobooks can be downloaded immediately after the purchase through the order confirmation sent by mail.
Certificate
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase at Due Diligence Questions. Consequently, it is confirmed by accepting these conditions that you are 18 years of age.
Return and withdrawal right
Purchase of digital products may be canceled up to 30 days after purchase, if the product is not downloaded or in the process of being downloaded. You can not regret a purchase where the download link has been used.

Using e-books and audio books requires special software or hardware. You are responsible for purchasing or installing these.
